1. Definitions
  • The System / AICORE COLOR™: Framework for communicative calibration, tonal control, and semantic framing.
  • User / Operator: License holder using the system according to their chosen license level (Basic, TextCore, TextCore Pro).
  • License: Non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the system within the scope of the chosen level.
  • Core Commands: Syntax based on ACC logic (e.g., 5Grön5) for system calls.
  • Third-Party Systems: External AI or platform services through which the system may be applied.
2. License Terms

2.1 License Levels

  • Basic: Basic access to ACC logic – non-commercial use.
  • TextCore: Extended functionality for professional creation and image production via PictureCore.
  • TextCore Pro: Full access to strategic, legal (Onyx), and high-status communication.

2.2 Usage

  • Only features within your paid license level may be used.
  • The license is personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
  • The license remains valid until renewed or terminated according to agreement.

2.3 The Golden License (Social Responsibility)

Our goal is that all members under the age of 18 in the Swedish Dyslexia Association (Dyslexiförbundet) will receive our license for free. Through this method, anyone – regardless of who you are – can get the help they need to manage complex text. It is a staggering thought for someone who has struggled with letters but has now finally cracked the code. My deepest wish is that you too will experience that freedom.

2.4 Membership verification is required for activation

Free licenses for members under 18 in the Dyslexiförbundet are administered via [application form/validation]. We reserve the right to verify membership to ensure help reaches the right person.

This free license is personal and may not be used for commercial purposes by any third party.

3. Core Commands
  • Format: ACC: [Instruction] | [Intensity] [Color Profile] [Length]
  • Scale: The system preferably uses a logical scale of 1–9.
  • CORE STOP: Resets the system to Raw Mode (unprocessed data).
4. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

4.1 No Guarantee of Results

AICore Color AB provides no guarantees regarding business results, sales, or negotiation outcomes. The system is provided as a decision support tool.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

AICore Color AB is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or legal consequences. Total liability is limited to fees paid during the previous 12 months.

4.3 Third-Party Systems

The provider is not responsible for service disruptions or policy changes in external AI platforms.

4.4 No Professional Advice

Use of modules such as Onyx or TranslateCore does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

5. Ethics and License Violations
  • The operator is responsible for ensuring usage stays within legal and ethical boundaries.
  • Unauthorized distribution of methodology or manipulation of license levels may lead to immediate deactivation of the license key.
6. Data Protection & GDPR
  • AICore Color AB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR for account management and billing.
  • The user has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
  • AICORE COLOR™, color profiles, methodology, and command structure are the provider's intellectual property.
  • The system is subject to ongoing patent applications (Patent Pending: SE 2630111-9, SE 2630205-9, SE 2630233-1).
8. Applicable Law
  • Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
9. Payment, Subscription & Right of Withdrawal

9.1 Payment Terms

  • Payment is made via our authorized partners (e.g., Gumroad/Stripe).
  • The license is activated immediately after confirmed payment.
  • For annual licenses, the fee is charged in advance for 12 months.

9.2 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

  • When purchasing a digital license or membership with AICore Color AB you consent to the delivery beginning immediately..
  • According to the Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal ceases once the digital product (license key or access) has been made available to the user.
  • By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the product cannot be returned due to its nature.

9.3 Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for any ongoing license period.

Ongoing subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your profile or by contacting support.
